At long last, I got chance to write about myself. My long life of 17 months, had been very event full, and fun filled. Enjoy reading this.

I was born on 2nd April 2002, at Thiruvananthapuram, capital city of God's Own Country (Kerala), a southern state of India, at 7:04 AM (IST). Boy! Was my mother releived that, I was not born on April 1st. Though she used to joke that her child will be born on April 1st, and not April 3rd as the due date is, she was so releived when the clock passed midnight on April 1st, to April 2nd.

I was 2.8 Kgs at birth, and was 49 cms tall. No wonder every one started shouting at amma (mother) for not looking after her health properly when she was expecting (elders say, I was born so thin because amma didn't look after herself properly). Till the 2nd day evening, everyone was so happy and enjoying.

By around 4 O' clock on April 3rd, the nurses told that, I was having very high bilirubin content, and have to be put under the UV light. They brought a crib, and covered it with blazing lights (around 8 of them), covered all other openings with cloth, and put me inside with my eyes tied. It was really hot. Amma was totally upset and started crying. Paati (grand-mother), stayed awake throughout the night, making sure I don't throw away the cloth tied on my eyes, as it will ruin my eyes.

I was in there for two days. Then, on the 3rd day, they shifted me to amma's cot, with 4 light shining on me from one side. Only on the 5th day did they really switch of all the lights, and allow me to go home.

Once I reached home, I started my full stunt. I used sleep throughout the day, and wake up most of the nights. Otherwise, how was I to remind amma for her night-outs at IISc.

Ummmmm..... My hands are aching. I will continue writing later. Byeee.
